Spring is a good anti depressant lol, my tulips have buds now almost ready, thats when i know happy sunny days are ahead, i suffer with SAD if it exists need the sun for fuel lol

SAD is a well documented and studied disorder if that's what it's called, but yes, that's why light therapy is sometimes recommended if suffering with SAD. I'm positive it effects me at least but not to much degree compared to some..perhaps a mid range sufferer

yea i will look into getting a light for next autumn/winter, i have friend who is the same and she has tried the light it helped her a bit. I love tulips, such a shame they don't last long but yea so reliable and pretty. One of my Bucket list, visit Hollands Tulip fields :)
