Well I didn't plan on documenting this, because I was just chucking things together....... but fookin hell! !
Absolutely stunning bolognaise sauce!
Prob costs about 35p?



Add chopped tomatoes to cooked mince.

Bring to a simmer.

crumble a beef stock cube and mix in well.

Half a cup water

2 large pinches mixed salt and herbs

2 large pinch basil

1 pinch pepper



Simmer until meat shows.....


Pictures are crap but fuck me really rich and tasty!!

Oh and I used bacon, peas and carrots... I add them with the mince at start.

Skills son.

I'm exactly the same but 1 glass of good red into the mince once browned.
And Worcestershire sauce when toms go in.
And loads of garlic crushed .

ahhh i would like to use more alcohol in foods, just dont really know how they work lol. although did pull off a beutiful mushroom sauce white a white wine reduction?
