Hello peeps.

 

I always liked the idea of annual awards, to be done over new year on forums.  But never really saw them anywhere.

 

I see it as a bit of fun but some serious awards given out as well.  If enough interest we will do this year. My ideas...(to be given out in a cheesey awards ceremony hosted by McPot dressed up a bruce forsyth )

 

1) Hall Of Fame Award - 2-3 badges given out every year.

2) Mod of the year -

3) Wag of the year aka Miss TGC 2014.

4) Member of the year -

5) DJ of the year.

6) Diary of the year.

7) Plant of the year.

8) Idiot of the year.

9) Lurker of the year.

10) Post of the year.

 

Does everyone think its a good idea and if so, whats your ten (or more/less) awards? Could do with some more funny ones tbh. I would love to be nominated for pillock of the year for example. We could do stupid comps to do give an award out. Like Turd of the year - post pics of your turds etc.

Great Idea.

A noob of the year award too encourage more 1st time grower diaries.

I did contemplate doing my first grow without documenting it for about 5 seconds but I'm an attention whore

there could be loads, like quote of the year 'ya know how stoners are with some quotes'   lol..

 

Will there be icons to that effect like the diary award etc?

Yes SB, there can be awards which appear like 100 post medals etc.

 

For example..

 

Miss TGC could get a tiara

Turd of the year could get a whippy turd.

Cock of the year could get a pic of a cock.

Dj of the year gets a gold disc..

etc
