Pull ups = 7
Sit ups = 82
Squats = 85
Push ups = 63
Gonna loose this podge if it kills me now!!! Ooosh!

Good man KD, Glad to see my gym buddy's back at it
Chest Dumbell - 3 sets of 12 at 40kg working back down through the sets, dropping 5 kg after every set.
Upper back press - 3 sets of 15 at 55kg, working back down through the sets, dropping 10kg after every set.
Squats - 3 sets of 10 at 70kg, working back down through the sets, dropping 5 kg after every set.
Leg press machine - 1 set at 120kg
Feeling good!!!

You manage to get anything done today KD or are you still recovering? lol
Yesterday's gym session included,
biceps - 16kg, up to 20kg n then back down 2kg each set until I'd dropped to 8kg.
Triceps - 40kg pull down machine, up to 60kg, then back down to 25kg for a super set.
Traps n shoulders - 30kg to warm up, then up to 40kg, then 50kg, got a twinge in my left deltoid at this point and gave up, was the last set on the way up the weights, never attempted to come back down through the weights after that.
Feeling good today now, no pain but I will be taking tomorrow off and back at it Friday, just to be on the safe side with my shoulder, don't want to cause any uneccesary injury. I've just got right back into the gym now, I'd hate to have to stop again

I work out every day, 5 lots of weight sessions Mon to Friday but also on Tuesday do insanity class and total torso training which is 45 mins of core strength, and Thursday do insanity as well, dont need to lose weight not more than 15 percent bodyfat so will have to cut the insanity classes when i think my fitness has gone up as it makes me lose weight big style. Skipping insanity tonight been on a cold roof and its put me off going just yet so will just go do the 45 minutes stomach training one and hit the weights
