I've been using the hot chocolate jars you get from co-op for years now. They're brown glass so you can put them anywhere and the weed inside is always in the dark and people can't see what's inside. If you screw the lid on tight they're airtight. I also know that 1 jar last me approx 2 to 3 weeks, so by looking at how many jars I have left I know at a glance how many weeks of smoking I have left before the next lot is ready.

Best of all they're free.....well once you've used the original contents they are

Good info was going to say coffee jars. I like the stainless steel and ceramic for the same reasons.
Anythig but plastic is fantastic.

I got a massive kilner from homebase last weekend for £5 I'm guessing I'm going to fit about 5-6 ounces in it I might pop back and get a couple of the smaller ones so I can cure for different amounts of times

That's the hole reason for the forum I suppose I couldn't believe how cheap they were genuine kilners aswell and homebase is normally expensive lol

I was in town today, and wilko's have the big 8L kilners, with a tap, for £20, supposed to be for home-brewing. I wonder what would happen if you left the tap open when curing?

there normal 2L ones was £3.25

I've got a few kilners but I use these aswell

They hold a decent amount in the bigger jars and about a quarter in the small

ones.

They've got a nice airtight seal to them and they come with coffee inside

Clas Ohlson also sell a 6L tap kilner jar for £20, I was also in there today, they have all sorts of groovy shit in there stores

unfortunately they don't have too many stores in the UK.
