I used to live with a psycho girl who had an obsession with stealing lighters. S h e had 3 carrier bags FULL of all different lighters and knew if one went missing!!!

Personally.... I'm an accidental thief. I think it's being from so near to Liverpool that's done it to me but I just can't help myself lol

I've a drawer full of em
They go there when the flint runs out or sometime but rarely the gas.
Then when you've no lighter it's a case of finding one with some gas and one with a flint.

or using a disposible one that has the flint with another that doesn't...

I should just buy a tin of gas and a packet of flints but I just never seem to remember em

i do that lol but once gas runs out disposable ones i steal fint for clipper lol

Where as most of us do it accidental, there are lighter this around who claim they don't release they are doing it. And have boxes upon boxes full of working lighters. A friends dad chucked away bags of them saying they were a fire hazard.. he also binned he's weed? Tut tut. This is going back to when I was a spotty teen

I will happily accidentally take any cheap lighter but would be double wary of pocketing a nice one so if you a cheap skate you cant really complain about a 50 p lighter can you but if its a zippo you no worries from me

Great thread Bunny lol,I'm not a stealer,but get pissed off when people steal mine lol...I actually watch them out my lighter in their pocket,then I'm the one who feels bad for asking for it back!! Go figure lol.
