Is this masterchef comp going to go to a cook-off final?

I have just done a trial run with the pig's arse and onions btw and it's finishing off in the oven now, smells lush as it happens :)

That's a good idea, a battle between a final 3 or something.

Ay we will have a final vote off why not. see how it goes innit.

It means 2 cook offs tho , one for everyone and then one for finalists.

SOme good menus coming on song. Liking the hamster, pigs arse etc etc. But not for me to judge.

FT101 has one judge spot and another is vacant.

Starters

Home baked mixed seed bread

Seared Tuna on a bed of lettuce with dolmades, green olives and home made sundried tomatoes and pepper with a couple of garlic cloves in olive oil.

Cheeky joint of mad kush to enliven the taste buds and small glass of iced vodka and lemonade.

Main

Salted and roasted sea bass with new potatoes sprinkled with parsley.

After dinner joint of shackzilla and pint of wine and lemonade chilled.

Desert

Homemade apple pie, ice cream

Finish off with joint of caramel cough and pint of homebrew ale.

I'm happy to take the second judge spot, if no one else has.

nudge nudge, wink wink, whats your favourite Jam flavour @ FT101?

I just remembered something I used to cook up, real simple but lush, Jam and Bread, dipped in a sweet batter and fried......oh man, proper comfort food :) I feel a menu change coming on :)

Ohh well you cannot go wrong with a nice basic strawberry jam although needs to have some shreadded fruit in it :)
My nan used to make the best (in my opinion) jam, bread and a nice dollop of custard for the moist maker [emoji14]
Think i have just convinced myself to walk down my creepy stairs for a jam sarnie lol better not hear footsteps behind me when comin back up the stairs or its gettin thrown behind me like a frisby :D

Righto putting up a menu, 5 courses.

1. Cannabis infused canapes

2.Stuffed mushrooms and haloumi

3.chicken ala wonkey

4. Croquembouche with candied cannabis

5. Affogato

Everything on the menu (yes the croquembouche as well) will be made at home from scratch.
Good luck guys
