What were the cuts like when you put them in? were they properly rooted first? and what have you got them growing them in/been feeding them? Look like they're struggling to root properly or have been put into something a bit too hot (food/nute wise) and they are struggling for it.
p.s, what are your temps like and what set-up you running them with?

Silver Haze should be 6 foot by now. Actually a mate but 2 r mine

They wouldnt get that big in 4 weeks its normally in flower plants stretch to full size but the light your using matters as mrs willy is asking, they do look quite spindly though have you got a fan blowing on them help strengthen stems.
