Trading relationship ("Common Market")? Yes, please.

Being governed from overseas, largely by unelected bureaucrats who have no comprehension of what it's like being me and living here? No, thanks.

Britain has fought for thousands of years to remain independent of the rest of Europe.

What would our ancestors, who died to stop the evil overtaking us vote for?

Now, it's slipping away with the stroke of a pen, whilst nobody is really that bothered about it. :flog:

Thats all i ever here of my m8`s down the pub, im not dissrespecting those peeps who did fight and die, but its a modern world times change, we cant live in the past, we move on, but we can never forget those that did fight for our freedom either. It`s just a statement that makes me laugh, past is past, lets look to the future, be that in or out of Europe, i know my Gramps woulda said the same as me on that score too.

Agreed totally, like i said im undecided and edging towards out as is atmo. My point was that i always here peeps saying what would your Gramps think after fighting 2 world wars or summink along those lines and simular. We should never forget their past and what they did for us, that`s a fact, but using history and our Grandparents as part of an excuse for a in or out vote is a load of rubbish imo and tbh sounds summink like the EDL would use on a flyer, im more interested in the future and what we will leave for our kids.
