I found this and figured other people might have some late-night emergency recipes of their own to contribute :)

OMG angel delight is the mutts danglies. We're mad for the delight in the troll house. Last week's flavours were banana, butterscotch and strawberry :)

Stoner recipe. Nacho's
1 bag tortilla chips.
1 lump of cheese. Grated.
Fresh chopped chillies or chillies flakes.

Line oven proof dish with a layer of tortilla chips.
Cover with cheese and a sprinkling of chillies.

Bake in the oven until the cheese has melted.

Serve hot.

More layers of chips and cheese just makes it even better.

Nachos are fantastically unhealthy and tasty.

Enjoy

I did one earlier on after you said last night.
Slow cooked so no frilly bits and a runny yolk.

Was dribbling all over the place :D

Stuffing Sarnies :)

2 slices of bread and butter

pack of saxo? sage and onion

boil the kettle, put half the stuffing in a cup/mug and pour boiling water over it (half filled), give it a stir, then spread it on the bread and eat it warm :)
