Mmmm, just had to share this;

This was Mickey a couple of days ago;

Tgc 004

He had his wicked way with some fair maidens then he was surplus to requirements

So he was chopped up and thrown into the soup maker, along with ;

Potatoe

Onion

Garlic and vegetable stock,

May 010

Tasted heavenly!

There is a wierd high but really relaxed  buzz you only get from eating fresh weed, even when it is really young and hasn't produced any flowers.  ( I suppose this could be the CBD)

That's very interesting Slippery.

Have you tried both male and females? and is there much differences in tastes? is it a strong weed taste?

We've always been told that there is no high in the males, but I seen a breeding video, that one breeder said he got women to try his males out

as they got a high from it and that it help him pick the right males for breeding.(describng taste and smell etc.)

I wonder if males and females have the same make up of THC, CBD and terpines, etc. But just some mechanism that locks the males "stone" away.

We've still so much to learn even after 12000 years of cultivation.

Does look very edible :) A bit like pea and ham :)

And it's good that it has use other than pollenating and then composting. I know canna/hemp has been used as a food source but I always thought it was just the seeds.

Mmm, looks scrummy @Slippery.
Ive always believed males to be CB heavy myself too @weedtroll.

Has anyone tried juicing the leaf? Supposed to be good stuff for the system especially with some nettles in the blend.

I think it's more like what we have forgotten IMO.

The plant was used in all it's life cycles traditionally, now we are all bud focused, and ignore the rest of the plant.

Shoots and small leaves are nice for smoking, and give a nice buzz. Perhaps wont get you mashed but nice just the same ;)

I couldn't say if males were stronger, I don't think so though.

I have always believed that to get the health benefits from Ganga, you have to ingest it (hash bhang is also awesome!), after all, you wouldn't get any goodness from any vegetable by burning it! :D

Leaves taken from flowering plants can be very beneficial just you need to use so many more than bud for the THC and CBD content to be high enough, I know I have to use a lot more trim than bud for same amount of oil, but they certainly as healthy as any bloody lettuce at any point just they not very tasty are they and neither are buds freshly eaten, I tried  :)

Thanks Slippery, I put a couple of small juvenile males into a pot with potato, carrot, garlic, tomato, herbs and some french onion soup mix and took out the leaves and squeezed them out after about an hour...I'm eating it now and it's delicious!

Not sure what effect it will have as I'm still eating it :D
