It's got to be the light on the radiator man. It switches on and off when the built in thermostat switches the heat element on. They are hard to tape over coz it still leeks through all the vents and also the white plastic sort of glows red.
They have caused loads of hermie action across the globe for years.

It has already been mentioned so I won't take credit if it is the cause.
Thing is, once the temp is up they only click on for a moment at a time so quite easy to miss.
I never used one to grow but had one in me bedroom years ago. I remember the light winding me up while I was trying to get to sleep.

The radiator isn't the problem the light has been covered and it's not plugged in most of the time.

Maybe a ph problem during germination, but then again you germed some for ya mate and they was fine.
Maybe you just been unlucky with your seeds.
