Yes, the simple solution is to award the longest leaf to the longest & the phattest leaf to the phattest..

That'd mean 3 pics per entry then..

 

1 - the length

2 - the width

3 - leaf on it's own..

Hold it, these are my rules so you can all shutup  . The rules are stated in the rules, the rules are the rules, and the rules will stay the rules, what are the rules ?      .

 

All jokes aside, why don't we just keep the rules as they are, but as mentioned just add an extra pic of the full leaf on It's own.  Because although wah wah holds it with both long and fat (gready bastard  ), there will be longer sativa, and wider indica some where along the line, we got 5 months yet.

Why not make things more interesting

 

You have established to the rules but it seems to me that the hydro growers are going to walk it, maybe those with guerilla grows might have a chance assuming they grew a tree

 

If you wanted to add a little interest why not award a brown leaf to indoor soil grown entrants..

 

A blue leaf for hydro/aero & coco entrants.

 

A green leaf for plants grown in the great outdoors..

Allow me to share my thoughts on the so called fun..

 

All anyone has to do now is look back through the thread & see what's what leaf size wise If the posters leaf isn't as big as any previous entries then you won't be getting a post, now that hardly seems like much fun to me

 

You see you're effectively restricting what gets entered from now on due to having just the two criteria of length & width & no other category.

 

As I say, the hydro growers are going to walk it & all you'll get from now on is the occasional post from a hydro grow when someone finds they have a bigger leaf in one category or another (length & width) than previous entries.
 

Sometimes making things too simple can make things very uninteresting at the same time, IMHO

That is the idea of the comp M, If your leaf isn't as big as the current holder then it isn't worth posting. It's just a simple bit of fun.
