The train was (still is?) a steam locomotive.

The flag, flown whilst docked means, "crew should come aboard as the ship is about to leave port," and when flown at sea by fishing vessels it means, "my nets are stuck on the seabed."

5 days since flip, i also forgot to mention that I'm feeding every 2 days as the coco stays wet enough, ec 1.0, ph for the whole veg up to flip has been 5.8 now I'm rocking 5.9, can't really tell you why i done this, its just worked fine with the old girl in the past, gonna start blasting em every day from around week 3, then it'll go to twice a day week 4, 3-4 times a day week 5, maybe more if i have the cojones ! (thats spanish for bollocks ! ) see you learn all sorts here, I've covered 2 languages (chav and Espanyol) and found out all about blue peter ! and guess what ? he wasn't a nonce ! 

 

i'm gonna be adding the 2nd light soon like start of week 2, just to totally cover the screen with even-ish light ? 

 

what are your thoughts on adding lights ? is there a best time to do ? earlier rather than later ? or the other way round ? 

 

went back in to get you some shots of the irrigation system i bodged together and ended up doing a little tucking session, not the tucking hayley used to do, tucking of the screen kind !

so heres my irrigation system, tis basically a 2500 litre per hour pump, 19mm pipe (iceline, posh white hose) from pump right to what i like to call the ring main lol a small square of pipe with 2 x 8 way manifold to 4mm delivery line, this way i can put 2 x 4mm lines to each pot, the lines have blue flood stakes on the ends, the type you would normally associate with clay balls, but I'm looking to flood the best way i can and these beat the 2litre per hour stakes hands down

Excellent setup there roy! Loving that saucers and brain pot, where did you get it? Ive always been looking for ways of disposing the runoff it can be a chore sometimes but this looks perfect.
How come you got a gap in the middle of the screen? Was thinking it was access to the pots behind but you got an auto drip irrigation
