Just posting a little update, will be posting more pics tomorrow.

 

Gave them both 200ml of water with a light feed in yesterday, will be entering the 2nd week from seed tomorrow so I'll get some more picture up then, they're both doing great though, the IB is a bit droopy but doesnt seem to be a watering or heat problem I just think its leafs are too heavy for it! the blackgum is nice and perky and the node growth is nice and close, hps is about 17" above at the moment plan to move it down inch by inch starting tomorrow till its hovering about 12"

No idea m8 just couldn't get me head around it then I tied coco an got the hang of it really quick thanks to @StAiNs help a few years ago. He helped me out so much cos I was about to quit growing. Tip my hat to that man

Might try a nice soil grow now my understanding is better. Time will tell tho

I plan to try coco in my 20l fabric next grow, seems like a cool option

 

I've only really done grows with soils with little to no preadded ferts, I think you should try your luck on light mix type soils

its funny how i cant grow weed in mud i stick to coco because its so easy and im tight and the fact you can reuse coco makes all the difference imo but i do envy good mudslingers,good luck lads,peace

Hey I in, and listen all the soil nubes lol, I mastered soil but coco is 100 times easier with bigger yields you be groing some big plants in a 20 litre fabric pot, well if you veg long enough, look forward to this and that.

Morning Herbalist, I'm glad I caught this one from the start. You will be looking back at the early part of your diary in a few weeks amazed at how they've grown. I know I do, it surprises me every time. Happy growing, like Duke said, don't forget to include the footwear.
