Hey peeps

Was thinking about the old days of the internet, ya know- AOL (you've got company lol), old chatrooms etc

Back then everyone was always sharing wave audio files on chatrooms, which was mostly very annoying, but maybe there's a use for them...

Like maybe you want to say something that isn't a word...

Is it possible to record and then share a short file via posting or shoutbox or something?

Or even you upload a small file and it can be used by other people in conversation on the site

Hahaha that's quality :)

Ah I see now, you use the voice recorder and it saves as a wave then you just add the file. Duh!

Well I am still stuck in the 90's, so do bear with me :)

Cheers

Should I have a go at making .mp3, .wav and .ogg files behave like that too?

Hmmm

Seems the recorder on this laptop creates .wma files, not wave :(

Is there any way I can change it?

Sorry if that's dumb, but you know me :)

Edit:

The title of the files is just "untitled", so I don't think I can change it that way
