For those who don't know what it is (like I didn't):
PROP 64 — MARIJUANA LEGALIZATION. INITIATIVE STATUTE.
Legalizes marijuana under state law, for use by adults 21 or older. Imposes state taxes on sales and cultivation. Provides for industry licensing and establishes standards for marijuana products. Allows local regulation and taxation.

i agree with you missy, you lucky bunch of barstewards! when i read that this morning first thing i thought was "realmed will be happy with that"

Yeah I am as I will grow 6 plants next year even if there's a county ban on growing outdoors let them arrest me for growing 6 plants now

The Law is a good and bad thing My trees can't be seen by anyone driving by. so I will have to keep there size down. I can still be arrested for growing 6 plants TBH. but at lest in cali court it's not a Felony any more. My County has a Ban on outdoor growing.

The sheriff wanted it so if he seen a plant is was illegal, so the county gave it to him.
