So who peddles? I've not really done any this year cos I've been ill a lot, but it looks like I'm riding the alps next summer so I plan on upping my game through winter and getting some fitness going cos I have none right now. "WINTER MILES = SUMMER SMILES"

As I'm in wales I have loads of places to ride, I have the good old mountains were u can XC to your hearts content just making your own trials.

I do a bit.
Quantocks, Mendips and the Pyrenees down in France/Spain.
Try and get out 3 times a week for local rides round the woods, farmers lanes and bridle paths.
Been rubbish weather lately so slacked off a bit.
Cant stand a soggy bottom.

Nice one fella, it can bring a smile to the face plodding around on the bike, it's good to be out there and see the world, and on a bike u can get to see a lot of it.

I have to say I'm pretty excited about the alps trip

Alps will be fun, brother in law is a roadie and he loves cycling there.

It will be all MTB there for me

Yeah smiles for miles, the bike helps lift my mood, it's a nice bit of me time.

For sure it's the best me time

Can also be a bit of a twitchy bum time as well, which gets the adrenaline flowing.

Chucked the bike in the car and headed out. Choooooons a screaming for the journey to coed llandegla for a XC run, not been on the bike for months cos I been so ill but was rather excited to get there. The first 3 miles out the car park is all up hill but wasn't to bad and it's not mega steep it's just constant. Wasn't to bad to be fair. Wanted to do all black run but I'm afraid 8.9 miles and climbing 1,300 feet off-road I was totalled lol so I finished off the last few miles on the red and blue, total run was 11.8 miles and 1,700 ft climb. Ace place but I feel like I've had four or five fights then a car crash. Love MTB

I did the journey to coed llandegla again yesterday only did the blue tho cos it was getting dark plan on meeting a few people there 2moro tho for a full black run.
