I dont know what medium or feed strength you are using but if your temps are in check and assuming your light is good enough then i would flush it. Salts build up can hinder flowering for sure.
I've had it myself and a good flush sorts it, assuming that's the issue.
I always flush week 5 of 12/12 now regardless.

Temps are sound....400w dual spec light
All my other girls are growing fine!
I know I've gotta flush it if I'm gonna keep her...just gotta find time...so bloody busy!

Feed by eye equipped with a ph meter and that's about it m8!

have you been letting the coco dry out between feeds red? i ask cos you said you have been busy and its easily done , ive been using dp nutes at two ml per l which has been plenty and they build up quickly if it drys out between watering , perhaps a good flush with a shower head, as you havent got a ppm /ec meter you will need plenty through it to achieve a even playing field and start again, it looks quite healthy,
so is it 7 weeks from flip? and 5 weeks from when it flowered? it dont look so bad with those numbers does it ? just some thoughts if it is the numbers ive said , i certainly wouldnt cull it yet
a cheap ppm or ec meter would be handy right about now for lookin at run off
just reread that so 2.5ml in 2l is about what i started with and found it fine, but i never let them dry out
