does anyone use phosphoric acid 85% for PH down in hydro systems?

I was looking on the bay of eee at Jimbos iso thread and noticed its only 9 quid for 2 litres?

 

Just wondered, because im not working and trying to save a few quid here and there.

 

Its the same stuff at the end of the day isnt it? Not sure about the 85% bit, i suspect that hydroponic stuff is less, but dont really have a clue.

You can also buy 5 litres of 12% food grade hydrogen peroxide for under a tenner in some of those links, basically h202 which costs about same for 250 or 500 ml from grow shops. Theirs loadsa cheap chemicals you can use for growing if you know what to look for, i don`t know much but it would be great to make your own mixes and potions for plants for pence.
