I put in a claim once and because I answered the questions properly because I had lots of caffeine.. They said apparently pill have no effect on me and I'm fully responsive lol and they recon it's just me back and walking that's affected lmao so I scored two points..

I don't lie so I answered as honest as I am and they failed me.. So if you guys ever have to go on an interview

Please
take good few ml of canna oil or lots of sleeping pills so you look like mental person dribbling and shit

, don't forget to leave a dribble or two on yer pants and finally make sure you don't answer + sing after any any question lol

Oh and tell em it's your bad day every day don't be honest to them ;) only way to pass :D

As much as I need the car I managed to get my self out of debt last year autumn so I can afford to get the wife driving now being debt free and not spending money on street weed :)

Sorry to hear duke they are pricks

@ValleyDragon you still got that link that might help our buddies out here what you sent me? I lost the link :(

Oh and when I arrived there was two ladies staring and whispering so I eye balled email and they went into a room as I was called and walked past the room it's an interview room 1 and I was on three so they were asking them to spy I'm guessing but I told the wife and the wife spotted them..

Was getting para at first till I had an idea what they were up to and when I went past that room I thought you sneaky fukwits

these so called asesors are not even medically trained FFS.

This is affecting lots of people, and is so wrong its unbelievable.

They will meet and assess you, and they are the craftiest bastards you will ever meet. They said a bloke i know was fully mobile from his back, because he shook thier hand when they came into his house. Even tho he could not get out of his bed to answer the door, due to the pain. I shiot thee not.

They are trying thier hardest to clamp down and reduce the Govt. disability bill, (probably to pay to bomb Syria).

They take little or no attention to medical reports, compiled by proffessional medical doctors and specialists, and instead take the work of a Govt lackey, who they have supposedly medically  "trained" (as assessors in 6 weeks) .

Its a load of bollox, and all i can suggest is that you lay it on as thick as possible, because these cunts will take your mobility car from you if you can walk more than 25 metres, even if you use crutches or a stick or that.

So you will be ok for shopping if the shops are within 25 metres of your house. its not funny

Makes me fucking mad this does.

Literally just came back from a medical (missus is ill and im her carer) and found another way they try to catch ill people.

On form we put that my partner cant walk more than 50m without stopping and she uses special crutches called smart crutches, yet according to assessor the nearest disabled park spot is 65m from medical room, this means that they must even measure things like this. Luckily we stopped twice for her to rest and its all on cctv, next time i might just drive jeep straight thro doors lol

Ill see if i can find that link now labs, i know it stated that u must put that u cant use public transport constantly or it goes against mobility claim 😕

oh dear, this was what i feared,  i just got the forms today  for pip,

after years of not applying when i lost the dla 6 years ago due to my twat of a doctor filling out a questionnaire from the dla bods about renewing my dla , thing is the doc never saw me for a year and new nothing about my present health , if i did go i saw anyone but him he was a cunt!

i never saw a point in going to docs all the time when there was nothing he would or could do to help, but i learnt from that,  you do need to go as much as poss and wine like a bitch lol , i do now lol   and i learnt a long time ago to lie like a fucker to get what you need , every one that does seems to get what the want !

trouble is a hate lying thats why ive not tried to get it for the last 6 years , but needs must ,  ill check out those links i was wondering a bout how to fill this book out ,   im not looking forward to this round of bullshit!

lucky you took notice duke and sent that recorded,  i dont want  to believe that how its carrying on now  what a disgrace ,

My son had a spinal op and was only given it while he got better he is left unable to walk and one of his feet dont work at all and he will end up paralysed from waist down but because he can stand from a seated position he cant get any help till he is in a wheelchair so he has to get taxis to work, everywhere, and must spend most of his money on them, when he goes to see a doctor they will not allow him to even try to walk and make him use a chair but what the fuck do doctors know over the fucking shitbags who work for benefits, every single shite who works there is a tosser, you see that just claiming benefits, I mean what the fuck is a 2 week wait for and how you suppose to live, I dont claim anything but every single part of the system is corrupt and uncaring able bodied or not, boill me fucking piss they do.

Cheers for the helpful hints, my son cant walk and failed the assessment it stinks, you have to lay it on thick with them.  It is fucked up the system it makes the people who need it suffer and the bastards who are good at bluffing and lying get away with stuff.  But it is so fucked up now they are struggling to fix it.  Urgh dont get me started on this subject i will never shut up

One thing i forgot to mention earlier is we found out some useful info today.

We have been to quite a few of medicals but this is the first time my better half was told that if she was in too much pain she could refuse to do the physical part if medical (raise arms, bend over etc)

I ask the assessor if this would have a negative effect on claim and she replyed that this actually helps a claimant because it goes some way to proving illnesses..naturally my missus didnt do phyiscal part then

She did have the last appointment so makes me think that assessor only mentioned this option because she wanted to shoot off home.

Hope this is of help 😀
