Indeed, and I think it's an interesting situation for Parliament
It's not about whether we should leave the EU - that was decided in June last year - it's about how we initiate the process.
But some MPs don't seem to see it like that and they appear to be using it as a delaying tactic, making it as difficult as possible for the country to proceed and perhaps even to prevent us leaving at all.
My personal feeling is that MPs, especially those who voted to hold a referendum in the first place and including those whose constituents voted to remain, should vote to enact this Bill unless they can suggest some other way of kicking things off and getting things started which doesn't include us staying in the EU.
