This happened to me a while back, so I stopped smoking fags and bud for 6 months ! my head wobbled and I started again

I stopped for 4 yrs I used to smoke spliff and Stella Artois
I stopped everything. Alcohol & tobacco was the problem for me.
I vapourisor my weed and try to use a few different strains to help with tolerance & reduces consumption etc. I do try to take regular breaks 24hrs+, I don't crave full stop, maybe because I know if I want a stone I can have one, know that I grow my own.
Good look Adam ( when I did it I went veggie more less concentrated on diet water intake and walking, really got into it felt good as well.
See the thing Is I love the smell of bud ( wish there was skunk airfreshners ) and the smell mixed with barbecue and fresh grass cuttings with music and good company........well I ain't giving it up totally!

SOmetimes a break will do the world of good, and i wish you all the best in whatever direction life takes you.
Will miss your diaries too, but there is more to life than growing weed - or so im told !
