Just woke up to it 😯 scary stuff. People were jumping out windows according to witnesses.

It happened in my block before I moved into house. Lucky for me and daughter at time we were in England somewhere far away.

Something has gone very very wrong here, either the fire stopping and fire resistance in the building hasn't been maintained ( until 10 years ago ish, Fire Service used to carry out annual inspections of High rise)  I suspect as well the fittings to the dry maiin for fire fighting have been abused/nicked. Terrible news :-(

I wish they would just fuck off with the BS, the pubic dont buy it anymore,  8 years and there were others before that , 8 years and its only now got to a survey stage, committees and consultations, kick it into the long grass, write to councils recommending sprinklers while cutting funding, just fuck off.
