There's plenty of LED growers kicking about here who do great stuff with them.

I`m none too clued on LED lighting but plenty seem to be using them here if you look around, your question is a bit vague, but i here COB led is a good place to start.

Have a look at some of the diaries using LEDS here @88green

 

They've come a long way in the past few years, with more powerful diodes, better spectrum coverage, inclusion of COB's, better lifespans and lowering prices.

 

They grow nice dense buds, but the spread of light isn't as wide as using HIDs (mh/hps) as most light is aimed straight down. 

 

Heat under the bulbs isn't as big an issue, but they still kick it out.

 

Don't buy cheap, you'll regret it, but don't go O.T.T either. Watts is watts so pretty much ignore all this 200w LED equivalent to a 400hps nonsense.
