I agree mate, 18 is the sweet spot, i love mine

Just a thought..........18-20 is the sweet spot for DO ( desolved oxygen? ) so with the pump fluming the Rez every 15 mins your getting nice oxygenated water 2?

It's totally submerged m8 it sits lower than the intake for the pump/sprayer

You could easy make this from parts, from the manufacturer or from a good garden centre

think cutting the net pot bottoms off and then once the root put them in the small cubes, with cutting the cubes down the middle 1st,so then ya can put into the 3 or 4" cubes?

Tell ya what @olmec you could grow one big monster plant in their rapid aero styleee. Easy enough to build your own too by the looks of it

It rly is a great bit of kit cut and forget!

I think the rockwool idea will work perfect!! No problem and remember u can buy new net pots for it for about 50p. Get the cut to root put in a split 1" rockwool put back in the x-stream till a few motlre legs pop out then into you nft

No m8 but i used to frequent an American weed forum a few years back and a few of their hydro growers were mad for growing with aero systems and had top results always.
