from the reviews i've read some people say they could do with a slightly modified spectrum maybe with a little uv thrown in there i still fancy one but i've got my heart set on something modular cos i've had nothing but regular panels the whole time

for the money i think its the best panel you can get, the 900 cost me the same as the grow northern one and its so much more powerful...

Think I am gonna daisy chain all 6 of my Xpro panels together for the shit and giggles before I shift a few if em to see how insainly bright it would be lol

do you mean modular as in the gn panels with the rebel upgrades etc? this is one of the reasons i got the GN 006 so i could upgrade as i went along, but it appears the only upgrade available is going to be the rebel upgrades as i have read that the new models that are awaiting release are not anything like the current modular series, so are not that modular after all it would seem.. 

 

you might be right about the spectrum, im not as well informed as others in that regard.. i just know what works and what doesnt lol

Well they defo work mate as do the other chinese ones I have got... My 900 is about 440w draw and I had over 13 zips from the bubblegums in a 90 x 90 x 150cm space, about 0.8g per watt in a space that small will do me

 

You could use a 5w leds in a 150cm space? Thats great news. So you did not get any bleaching? I'm going to take a look at your diary again.

What would you suggest for my tent? It's a 120x120x160 roof cube. 2x700w or will that be to much lol

Yeah I had one bud with a couple of bits of bleaching but that was it mate... So yeah I got away with the 900 In there... With a 1.2 I reckon that 1200 is perfect, it's what I am thinking of putting in my roofqube myself....
