What starins are you thinking of growing out this year @Slippery?

 

I have seeds from accidental crosses but all the parents were outdoor varieties so it will be a bit russian roulette unless I can find a new 53 degree super hybrid!

Sounds good to me @Slippery, more seasons grown and crossed means better acclimitasation to the environment. Now if they only did well with 53deg in temps and 3 weeks sun eh? :)

Thanks for the advice, I went for two daylight (6500k) and two cool (4500k) (I think!)

Decided to push the boat out and bought two double 1200mm fittings as well, total price £76, no bad I think!

 

The cool white came free with the fittings, the daylight tubes were £1.95 + VAT each
