I came across this the other week and it makes for really interesting reading, it contains (amongst other things) a report from way back in Days of the British Empire, that goes into Charas/Hash and where it comes (came) from. And according to Major whataver his name, it mostly came from the eastern side of the Himalayas and that hardly any was actually cultivated in the Kush/Kyber/Nepalese regions. From over the tibetan plateau and down through Lakh.

I wonder if the strain-hunters and seed finders out there have been looking in the wrong place, and that there are hidden places in china, mongolia etc,. where there is some pretty good ganja?
