Ok I'll start I like my leaves on, I find they fall off if not needed and sometimes need a bit of tlc to help them fall off otherwise I "leave" them alone.

I'm a leave them be grower as well. They will fall when used and are indicators telling us what the plant is doing and if it needs anything else food wise.
Not too fussed about them towards the end of flower though. They start looking like shit at the end anyway despite all that care and attention.

2 sides to every story. a plant that has been defoliated properly will out shine by Farr
You have to know what leafs to cut and most importantly which ones to leave.if you take 1 big leaf to expose several newer growth leafs to maximum light exposure. The plant will thankyou 😊

Good post Duke, I never knew that when trimming fan leaves to trim half way and not too close to the stem... I do that leaving about an inch of the leaf stem intact but purely by luck as I've read here can lead to the plant be subjective to infections..
