Zucchini donut ; beignet de courgettes

Hi all

 

 

Ingredients  ( 4 peoples )

 

- 1 spoon of soup olive oil

-10 cl of sunflower oil

-salt , pepper

-15 cl of milk

-3 eggs

-200g of flour

-10 g baking powder

-20g grated parmesan cheese

-1 large zucchini or 2 small

 

Step 1 :

 

Grate ( grid with large holes ) zucchini without peeling , in a bowl , mix the egges withe the floor , parmesan, yeast , milk and olive oil . Add salt & pepper . Add the zucchini , mix

 

Step 2 :

 

Heat sunflower oil over medium heat in a large nonstik skillet . Slide the zucchini dough into hot oil,

tablespoon per tablespoon , spacing them sufficiently

 

Step 3 :

 

Let the donuts grate a few minutes on each side , turning often , then drain on paper towels .

 

Step 4 :

 

Taste them immediately , they do not heat up

 

 

With a little mayonnaise , it's excellent , use a zucchini of my garden is better
