For 4 peoples ,
- 250g of medium semolina
- 250g of tomato ( scalded to remove skin )
- 1 cumcumber ( peeled in lage pieces )
- 3 onions ( cut into 4 pieces )
- 3 sprigs of parsley
- 3 lemons
- Salt & pepper
The vegetables are mixed coarsely in a mixer ( robot) , added to the semolina (raw) and seasoning .
Place it in refrigerator and consum the next day .
