Summer recipe : Tabouléh ( lebanese recipe )

Hi all

 

For 4 peoples ,

 

inegredients :

 

- 250g of medium semolina

- 250g of tomato ( scalded to remove skin )

- 1 cumcumber ( peeled in lage pieces )

- 3 onions ( cut into 4 pieces )

- 3 sprigs of parsley

- 3 lemons

- Salt & pepper

 

 

The vegetables are mixed coarsely in a mixer ( robot) , added to the semolina (raw)  and seasoning .

 

Place it in refrigerator and consum the next day .

I like these recipes from around the world Nice @Loco91 Your gonna have to keep em coming cus i may have a go at one some time, i do like them with pictures and a bit deeper on how too instructions, cus pictures makes me really wanna try new foods if they look yummy, come one mate we need picci`s next time, Nice though Loco91 .  :)

@jimmi2scoops  thanks you , for the moment it is that recipes that i cook , simple things and good to eat , i like diversity .

 if you are wise i would put a recipe of tajine or couscous but it is more complicated .

 

You must try to eat well and it is better than frozen products .

Yeah good stuff Loco, love a bit of tabuleh.

 

I really love a good tajine or couscous, some wonderful food from North Africa, I've been to Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia many times, love it.

@jimmi2scoops one exotic recipe mainly  with some lamb dried fruits and olive ,  the problem stays the dish used  in terr-cotta , a sort a volcano
