I was thinking about the process of flushing the other day, and realised I've no idea why people pH their water for the final flush, if you're changing from veg to flower nutes, or sorting a deficiency, then yeah, I see the point.
But the pre-chop flush is aimed at starving out the plant to force it to use up it's stored energy. From that viewpoint, it seems like intentionally pHing above or below the uptake range to lock out as much nutrient as possible at the end would be better than doing the same with an ordinary pH range.
Maybe I'm missing something

Hell I dont even check or change pH during the grow but I also use organics.
Some info is better left unknown. If I know that number then I might try to change it and every time I do, I fuck up some plants
And I'm with you SQ...Pens are for writing, not for gardening

You'd think it wasnt needed wouldn't you, and I dont set it either.
But I suppose the question/experiment should really be "what produces the best finished product post flush at the end of the grow? Does the plant, which is still drinking, do better with acidic, neutral or alakaline water?"
THC is an acid afterall?
