Mix up spices that you like in some panko flour.
Cut up chicken and dip into a beaten egg.
Dredge the pieces in the panko.
Bake on parchment paper at 365°F till crispy.
Another easy one is cut up a chicken and lay it in an oiled baking pan.
Drizzle olive oil around, and then some lemon juice.
Sprinkle with herbs and spices.
Bake at 325°F 30 -45 minutes
Baste every 5-10 mins.
Turn up oven to 375° til it's brown.
Another nice one that takes a little longer is Chicken Cordon Bleu
Whack out some boneless breasts with a meat tenderizer til they are evenly thin. about 1/4".
Slather with a nice mustard and thyme.
Cover that with some Gruyere (or mozzarella, or Parmesan, whatever) and a slice of ham.
Roll the thing up, tuck in the ends, and secure it with baking pins or toothpicks.
Brush with butter, margarine, or olive oil.
Stick it in a 400°F oven for 10 minutes.
Turn it down to 350°F for 20 minutes, or 160°F internal.
Pull out the toothpicks before serving... they can be a splintery surprise!

That looks yummy!!!
I eat way to much chicken, this thread might just be what I need, I have a Buffalo chicken ranch recipe that I'm getting ready to try, it's a dip type thing.... Will let y'all know how it turns out
Chicken is a regular buy in this house, just running out of ideas, let me know how your recipe goes
chicken eh
chicken caesar salad would be high on my list personally
an old classic that is something really special once you nail the making of it
the recipe is easy to find and comes in a few variations but it takes a little practice to really get the balance exactly right
If a recipe does not include at least a few drops of worcestershire sauce then i would use a different one that does
Will have a look for a recipe, its good in this house as long as doesnt contain onion or much garlic
greek style chicken is well nice marinated in greek yoghurt ,lime juice and coriander, then skewers used, can grill or bbq simple make too,+1 ceaser salad that ones a classic for sure, i like red onions with it some recipes dont use onion
Sounds yummy, will look that one up thanks.

sometimes instead of egg for breading i use dijon mustard and water mixed for something different. goes well with chicken.
