For starters, I'm trying a new breeder, Useful Seeds, so that's different.
He works with a lot of Bodhi's crosses, so that's not different (at least for me!).
He also messes with fems, which I have become more interested in the lazier I get (okay, that's not different).
So, put that together, and it's sort of different, and that's my title, and I'm sticking to it.
I've been looking at orange flavors for a bit, and most seem to have a hit or miss result, so I've not tried any.
I read a lot of folks going on about Bag of Oranges, and thought I'd better try something before it's too late!
My water supply was getting wonky, so she got off to a pretty mediocre start. She's actually the 2nd I started, I killed the first.
After I put in an R.O.system, things were happier. That's different.
44 days.
Upcanned to 3 gallon airpot yesterday (50 days from seed), and stuck her under a 4000K 315 CMH.
A little later Useful asked for some folks to test a Tranquil Chocolate ( Bodhi's Tranquil Elephantizer x Chocolate Diesel).
Sounded tasty to me.
So I've got those going, and I split the pack of 6 with @no1, so come on buddy, and drop some pics in here.
I killed one straight away, so then there were 2x, at least at my end!
Here they are at 36 days from seed.
What else is different? Well, I'm trying out this Mega Crop dry nute mix.
Supposedly I can use this for a whole grow just by adjusting the amount I mix in. Not supposed to need anything else, unless of course I just want to piss some more money away. I'm slowly getting a grip on that.
I still need a separate veg and bloom mix, and I need to read the danged ec pen, but it's been pretty easy for the couple of weeks I've been using it... and no plants have died.
The stuff is pretty cheap, and seems to be made of good stuff... and it's soluble, that's way different. Anyway, I'm using it without any additives for a while... we'll see how that goes.
So, thanks for looking in, and possibly following this one... should be fun...giddyup
Hay Horse, sorry I'm late to the party, you know me.
These below are today June 9, that makes 25 days from seed in soil, I had 3 chocolate trip testers, one failed to pop, one was lagging and one good one, the lagging one croaked 2 days after posting the above pics, she was leaning over one morning. The one I have left is looking strong as is the 2 chem d cookies x chocolate trip. They'll be upsized this week into their final pots.
