Cheers Dex, nice to be back, it is not possible for me to fart too hard these days, my buttocks are not as firm as they once were.

We are all cosha buddy and deffo take it easy on the farts let slip out instead if pushing I find that way better and reduces back pains from trying hard to get some shrapnel on me wife ... I mean pants :ninja:
