Hello everyone back at it again :)

This time I will be doing
3 vanilla frosting
1 misty gorilla
1 sherbert gorilla
2 white widow
And going to lob a widow in a noodler as well for the crack.

Tent and set up is all the same light and tent wise

8 inch rhino Pro carbon filter

X2 philizon 2000w cobs
X1 3000w cob
X1 Mars hydro reflector

2 x 2 meter tent

Added a couple of different neuts to the mix this time

Dutch pro a and b
Silica
Biosies
Pk 13/14
Green planet massive bloom 1.2.3 formula
Moonshine sunshine foliar feed
Rootshoot
Ionic calmag
Ph up and down.

Growing in coco again the only difference is I will be using clay pebbles this time same 20 litre fabric pots although I got some cheap 2 lite air pots from the shop so I have them in there at the moment.

Any tips and opinions would be appreciated as always :)

hi rambo only advice is ditch the clayballs idea there nothing but trouble they fuck up ph and cause nutrient bind up problems straight coco is far easier tbh you only need to read a few of the diarys here of folk using the clay pebbles and coco mix not one has gone without problem, good luck

ps i shall move this to the active grow diary section as you posted in completed section, peace

Hell of a variety there mate, look forward to see what beasts u produce this time πŸ‘

I stopped using clay Pebbles afew years back, mainly cos too lazy to wash them πŸ˜‚

I bought 100 air golf balls off fleabay, used them in bottom of pots in autopot system with no issues and I still include them now with hand watering. They are reusable so saves on buying pebbles too

Good to see you right back at it Rambo! :joint:

If the hydroton is going on top of the coco, I don't see a problem, as long as you've cleaned it. It's just to keep the coco covered, like mulch, right?

If you're mixing it in with the coco... I've found what the others have said to be painfully true. :(

If it's going in the bottom, my stoner opinion is, why bother?

Unless the container's closed, coco's gonna drain anyway, and roots don't do much in the balls in my experience. The balls, gravel, and anything other than root hospitable medium, just means less roots... and I really like roots. I'm pretty sure the plants do too!

Cheers horse yeah I was just going to put them at the top of the pot mate so I should be OK with that then.

Whats the best process for cleaning them? Should I hive them a soak in warm water or cold mukka? Thanks for the input i appreciate it :)

That's a great variety there Rambo! It appears that you're getting a bit of info already, clay pebbles and all, I don't have any info that would help because it looks to me that you know what you're doing.

I'll be looking in every now and then just because I'm a weed porn freak! LOL

Best of luck and happy growing!   :happyleaf:
