Ok. I asked about rooting cuts from multiple strains into one plant earlier. Not grafting, but rooting several cuts at the same time so they form a single, co-joined root system.
As it is a bit of an unknown I figured I'd put on my Doc Brown wig, protective goggles and lab-coat on, and have a little experiment.
a little background muzak
I've a couple of kushes on the go, Lemon, Power and White Fire (WiFi), all sexed as females and about ready to flip. The perfect time to take cuts. One of the WiFi babies I inherited was in a fairly poor/slow condition, but I stuck with her and brought her round. The problem being that it is too far behind the others to do her justice and she was going to have a cut taken and restarted. Then I had the Multi-strain brain-fart idea and figured I would give it a shot, topping her and using the top as the main stem for the cuts.
So, here we go. Three different strains and I'll let the pictures do the talking

I ummmed and ahhhed for a while figuring out the best way to keep these together, but in the end went for the simplest option of sticking them in the same hole to the same depth.

This is now sitting in a corner of the groom, fingers crossed that it works out as expected. I expect to have something to show good or bad in about a week. If it does all root as one, then phase two is to veg her up and flower her out to see what the results are compared to the original donor plants and if they act as one plant, or a mad woman with multiple personality syndrome
